Since last year, VM building has changed a lot, not just because of the new Cog VM, but also because the introduction of a Continous Integration process who enforces automated process over manual building. This talk will be an introduction on the VM building process.
Esteban Lorenzano, 39 years old. He studied Computer Sciences at Universidad de Buenos Aires (Argentina), and has worked since 1994 in several object oriented technologies (Delphi, CBuilding a Cog VM, Java), where he scaled from “Junior Programmer” to “Senior Architect”. On 2007 he and two friends began a new start-up, Smallworks, an enterprise for agile developments centered on Smalltalk. He is also teacher of System’s Architecture at Universidad Tecnológica Nacional (Argentina).
